ERASMUS+ Mobilities – Educational trips to Germany.

Going abroad with ERASMUS+ has been a well-known slogan for years and an important pillar of the learning experience for students and employees. Since July 2024, however, WBS SCHULEN has not only been taking German participants abroad, but also welcoming European learners to Germany, or more precisely, to Dresden. This is made possible by the change of hosting team from WBS TRAINING to WBS SCHULEN, which has been taking care of ERASMUS+ incoming foreign participants here in Germany for many years.

In addition to our specialised training courses for learners and teachers in the fields of IT, industry, business, and health/social affairs, we offer internships abroad in German companies as well as special German language courses that simultaneously train learning and teaching methods. For a completely carefree stay, our European partners also have the option of booking the all-round carefree package, which includes accommodation, meals, and all kinds of cultural activities.

ERASMUS+ Key Action 1.

Welcome to WBS SCHULEN – Your professional host organization for Internships in Germany.

Are you an organization interested in sending your students to Europe? The goals of the programme “ERASMUS+ Key Action 1” are facilitating the access for young people to the European labour market, as well as the modernization of education. In these terms, the ERASMUS+ funding offers the opportunity to gain practical work experience and complete educational visits for the development of the participants’ professional skill sets. Please contact the National Agency of your home country for information on funding details.

The ERASMUS Incoming Team can look back on 18 years of experience in organising EU-funded educational trips and has now welcomed more than 6,000 participants in over 400 projects. At the beginning of July, we welcomed the 400th group from a school in Pitesti, Romania, with whom we have been working for ten years. The topic of the training programme for the young learners was entrepreneurship – how to successfully set up your own business.

3. Language courses.

Since about 20 years, WBS TRAINING offers English and German language courses. The training is conducted by specialized and well-experienced trainers.

Language courses until level C1 according to CEFR.
Use of various and modern didactic methods.
Training of general language competencies (comprehensive listening, speaking, reading, writing) with focus on oral communication in authentic situations.

Our branch in Dresden North is a member of the Association of German as a Foreign and Second Language and complies with its quality standards.

WBS SCHULEN has been organizing educational exchange programs for almost 20 years. We have worked with 17 partner countries, including Greece, Romania, Poland, and many more and have welcomed over 6,000 participants.

Each exchange program focuses on a specific training topic, such as healthcare or entrepreneurship. Participants gain theoretical knowledge and engage in practical exercises. At WBS SCHULEN, we value our partnerships and are always excited to work on new projects together.

Recently, we celebrated our 400th project with our long-term partner Pitesti (Romania) with cake and a joyful celebration in Dresden. For the past 10 years, Pitesti (Romania) has been one of our key partners, visiting Dresden almost every year. Dresden is a beautiful city with rich culture, surrounded by scenic landscapes like Saxon Switzerland and Moritzburg. It offers many museums and cultural activities.
